FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: steam with heating parameters after steam turbine bleeding enters steam space of top and bottom system water heaters, and spent steam enters from steam turbine in steam space of the steam turbine condenser and condenses on surface of the condenser tubes, at that the condenser is delivered to the regeneration system. The recovery of high-grade heat of industrial bleeding steam is performed using the heat engine with closed circulation circuit operating under organic Rankine cycle.

EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of the thermal power plants due to additional generation of the electric energy.
