SUBSTANCE: method involves supply of steam of heating parameters from extractions of a steam turbine to steam space of upper and lower system water heaters, supply of system water from consumers via a return system water pipeline to lower and upper system water heaters and then to a supply system water pipeline, supply of waste steam from the steam turbine to steam space of a condenser of the steam turbine for condensation on surface of condenser tubes and supply of condensate by means of a condensate pump of the condenser of the steam turbine to a recovery system. With that, a condensing plant is used, which has a condenser of the steam turbine with production steam extraction, and additionally, utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction is performed, with that, utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction is performed by means of a thermal engine with a closed circulation circuit, which operates as per a Rankine organic cycle, in which a low-boiling working medium circulating in the closed circuit is used as cooling liquid. with that, it is compressed in the condensate pump of the thermal engine, evaporated and superheated in the condenser of the steam turbine with production steam extraction, expanded in a turbine expander of the thermal engine and condensed in a heat exchanger - condenser of the thermal engine by system water from the lower system water heater. Liquefied ethanol C2H6O can be used as low-boiling working medium.
EFFECT: improving TPP efficiency due to exclusion of electrical power consumption for actuation of a heat pump plant and additional generation of electrical power.
