SUBSTANCE: claimed recharged lithium element of storage battery, which has case, positive electrode, negative electrode and electrolyte, which contains electrically conductive salt, in which SO2 is used as electrolyte base, and positive electrode contains chemically active substance, which has composition LixM'yM"z(XO4)aFb, in which M' stands for, at least, one metal, selected from the group of elements, including Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn, M" stands for, at least, one metal, selected from the group, including metals of groups IIA, IIIA, IVA, VA, VIA, IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB and VIIIB, X is selected from the group of elements, including P, Si and S, x has value larger than 0, y has value larger than 0, z has value larger or equal to 0, a has value larger than 0 and b has value larger or equal 0.
EFFECT: reduction of loss of storage battery capacity.
