FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to nanodiamond-based sorbents, which can be used for immobilisation or removal of viruses, specific antibodies, immunosorption, for diagnostic purposes, for deactivation and removal of viruses from external environment. Sorbents from nanodiamond-containing materials are obtained as a result of detonation synthesis and modification. Surface of detonation nanodiamonds is subjected to purposeful change by modification with chemically active liquid and gaseous substances at higher temperatures. As a result of modification, composition of surface radicals, which contain atoms of non-carbon nature (O, H, N, S), is replenished with additional atoms, which results in appearance of additional analogous or new functional groups, capable of forming bonds with functional groups of biological objects.
EFFECT: invention provides possibility of removing wide spectrum of protein materials by means of obtained sorbents from various biological liquids.
