FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed system contains: at least one of the detection/recovery units on the power supply side connected in parallel with the power supply side of the power supply line and the neutral line, and the detection/recovery unit on the load side connected in parallel with the load side. The power supply line and the neutral line are connected to the load. At least one of the elements of the equipment with a load connected to the power supply line and the neutral line is made with the possibility of connecting to the detection/recovery unit on the load side. In the event of an electrical circuit malfunction, the detection/recovery unit detects the electrical circuit malfunction in accordance with its location and performs at least one of the following: restoration, break, issuing a warning signal, notification, tracking and control at the location where the electrical circuit malfunction occurs.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining electrical circuit malfunctions and preventing its damage.
