SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used in marine seismic investigations. Disclosed is a seismic data collection system. System may include at least first housing and second housing. First housing can be detachably connected to second housing. System may also include various components, such as one or more seismic sensors, a clock pulse generator or a storage device. Each of the components can be arranged in one of the first housing or the second housing. First body and the second body form a hole for receiving the bearing element. Said hole comprises connector to connect seismic data collection system with bearing element. Connector is configured to establish physical and at least one of electrical or inductive connection between the bearing member and at least one of the first body and the second body. Connector is configured to be in the first position, wherein the carrier can freely pass through the opening during deployment.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the accuracy and informativeness of the data obtained.
