FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrolytic-plasma polishing of articles from alloyed steels, high-melting and titanium alloys and can be used in turbomachine building during blisk blades processing of gas turbine engine compressors. Proposed method comprises immersing blisk blades into electrolyte arranged in container, formation vapor-gas shell around processed surface of blisk blades and igniting discharge between blisk blade processed surface and electrolyte. As capacity for electrolyte there used is elastic cover from electrically-insulating material with electrodes located inside it, an elastic cover is put on the blisk blade being processed, filled with electrolyte and processed till the specified roughness of blisk blade surface is obtained. Elastic cover is made of elastic non-conductive material and contains in inner working volume electrodes connected to cathode. Cover is made in the form of a package, with dimensions and shape ensuring coverage of the entire treated surface of the blisk blade.

EFFECT: high quality and reliability of the blisk polishing process.
