FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. A pad device for the transmission of force to the anterior chest wall in the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) contains elements (100, 200) of the pad, made with a possibility of placement on the surface of the anterior chest wall. A hinge mechanism (500) connects pad elements. The pad elements are fastened with a possibility of rotation to the hinge mechanism in such a way that the hinge mechanism in a coordinated way reacts to the force, applied in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation to the patient, with a possibility of distributing the compressing force in each of the two pad elements. The device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation, provided with the pad device, is disclosed.
EFFECT: optimisation of force transmission on the chest and minimisation of trauma to the patient are achieved.
