FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to orthodontic devices and methods and can be used in correction of dental-alveolar arch of form of upper jaw and stimulation of growth and filling of defects of missing jaw tissues. Wire frame is installed on first segment of teeth and fastening elements, which are connected via lingual arch or lingual and vestibular load-bearing elements. As alternative, fastening elements can be fixed on lateral teeth segments, i.e. wire frame. Wire frame encompasses lateral segments and is connected with two plates. Plates are located on both sides of median palatine suture and are connected to each other via loadbearing palatine element of wire frame. Fastening elements of lateral teeth segments and plate or plates are connected via springs. Edges of jaw defects can become irritated, transferring oscillatory movement to plate. Space can be freed for newly formed tissues by periodic correction of plate working surface. Alveolar arch form is corrected by fitting of orthodontic device in mouth cavity, its periodical removal, activation and influence on teeth of translational and rotating forces.

EFFECT: process of correcting form of alveolar process and dental arch becomes more intensive.
