FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes protection of source against pollutions, separation of suspensions, processing with reagents and decontamination of water with disinfecting composition, determination of residual concentrations of highly hazardous (HH) substances. Water decontamination is performed with disinfecting composition in precision areas, safe for human health in accordance with sanitary-toxicological index of harmfulness of residual concentrations (RC) of composition by main active ingredient (AI), relevant to known and weak prognostic concentrations of HH substances in portable water. Precision area is formed and supported by totality of operations: selection of disinfecting composition, determination of RC for all HH substances, determination of constant of bringing weak prognostic concentrations to real ones, regulation of supply and reduction of concentrations of HH substances, determination of maximal RC for AI. Criterion for control of content of HH substances are concentrations below maximally permissible values.
EFFECT: reduction of consumption of reagents and disinfecting composition, reduction of energy consumption, increase of reliability of portable water quality with application of comprehensively optimal RK of main AI composition.
