SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to decrease in velocity at engine inlet. Proposed process consists in updating of aerodynamic structure composed of aircraft wing to create the area of lower velocity stream field there under wherein engine is located. Claimed system comprises said aerodynamic structure composed of aircraft wing, aerodynamic structure modifier shaped as required for decrease in velocity stream field there under wherein engine is located. Said aerodynamic structure modifier can be selected from the group consisting of aerodynamic structure of increased depth, extra structure, bulge at aerodynamic structure, recess in aerodynamic structure, elongation of aerodynamic, buildup of aerodynamic structure and widening of aerodynamic structure.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of propeller at higher speeds.
