FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Aluminium alloy contains following substances, in wt %: nickel - 2-6, zirconium - 0.1-0.4, vanadium - 0.1-0.4, manganese - up to 5, iron - up to 2, titanium - up to 1, aluminium containing not over 1 wt % of industrial wastes making the rest. Said charge is injected in injection moulding machine mould. Pressure is maintained unless cooling and part is withdrawn from the mould. Produced part is held at 250-350°C for 2-6 h and at 350-450°C for 2-6 h.
EFFECT: production of material thermally stable at 300°C.
