FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to aluminium-based alloys, and can be used to produce deformed articles intended for the manufacture of loaded parts, including critical ones. Deformable aluminium-based alloy contains, wt.%: Cu 5.0-6.5, Ca 0.2-1.2, Si 0.4-1.9, Mn 0.2-1.5, Fe 0.01-0.3, Zr 0.01-0.10, Ti 0.01-0.10, Al and impurities – balance, wherein alloy has equilibrium solidus temperature of not lower than 540 °C and a structure after heat treatment, consisting of an aluminium matrix with a microhardness of not less than 130 HV and eutectic crystals of calcium- and silicon-containing phases. Deformed semi-finished product made from said alloy based on aluminium, obtained by longitudinal rolling.
EFFECT: alloy has high mechanical characteristics: tensile strength is not less than 430 MPa, yield strength is not less than 290 MPa, relative elongation is not less than 10%.
