FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device is presented in the form of a modular two-jar appliance in the form of two bar appliances on upper and lower jaws; it comprises clamps (1), skew bandages (2), partial bite plates (5), and niches (6). Where the upper and lower dentures taper away, the plates are provided with extending screws (3) and have sagittal saw-cuts (4). If observing denture defects, artificial teeth replacing the defect are inserted into the plates.
EFFECT: using the invention enhances the device, provides positioning the lower jaw in relation to a facial mid-line, retaining the appliance reliably, forming correct bite contacts and masticatory efficiency high enough as the upper and lower teeth are drawn together.
