SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to strains of Bifidobacterium longum and their use as probiotics in the form of various structures and compositions. The isolated strains Bifidobacterium longum BL1207 (PTA-9608), AH121A (NCIMB 41675), AH1714 (NCIMB 41676), express exopolysaccharide and induce the ratio [IL10]:[IL12] equal to, at least, 10, according to results of the analysis by co-incubation with mononuclear cells of peripheral blood (PMBC), at the concentration of bacteria 1×107, CFU/ml. The presented inventions can be used in medicine as pro-biotic compositions.
