The method includes preparing an area with an underlying surface; performing operations for reducing the antenna M times, where M is a scaling factor; increasing frequency M times, wherein parameters of the underlying surface are selected, which affect electrical and directional properties of antennae, permittivity ε and specific conductivity σ; measuring permittivity ε and specific conductivity σ of different underlying surfaces; in a computer, creating a database of permittivity ε and specific conductivity σ; setting the required values of the operating frequency of the antenna; using the computer to select permittivity ε and specific conductivity σ parameters needed to obtain the required value of the operating frequency of the antenna and the field strength thereof.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities and high accuracy of simulation when designing antennae.
