FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: for rapid detection of geohelminthes eggs in soil samples, 25 g of sample of soil under study is mixed with 25 ml of 1.4-1.6% hydrogen peroxide solution. The content is clarified after stirring, as a result on the contact line of the solution and the upper bound of the soil the area is formed, different in colour from the sample under study. The material is taken from this area for microscopic viewing using a pipette and viewed under magnification ×40.
EFFECT: invention provides a fast and accurate method of detection of helminth eggs in soil samples in the sanitary-parasitological research.
