FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: technique involves sampling excrements 1-2 g, stirring in a combined flotation fluid 13 mg consisting of saturated zinc chloride (2 kg per 1 l) and 2% aqueous polyvinyl alcohol taken in a ratio of 2:1 respectively. The content is filtered; the suspension is centrifuged for 1-2 minutes at 1500 rmp, and a surface film is examined under the microscope.
EFFECT: using the invention enables establishing the diagnosis with no delay and increasing the efficacy of the analysis.
