FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science. For the analysis, 1 g of pig's excrements is sampled and stirred in 13 ml of a combined flotation fluid. The flotation fluid contains the saturated solution NaCl (420 g per 1 l) and sugar (1670 g on 1 l) taken in the ratio 6:1. Then the suspension is filtered and centrifuged within 2 minutes at 1500 rpm. Then a surface film is microscoped.
EFFECT: technique allows for quickly making a diagnosis, simultaneously detecting helminth eggs in associated invasions, exhibits high diagnostic efficiency, and makes it possible to save components of the flotation fluid.
