SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a control unit (2), a reactor (1) for producing chlorine dioxide and chlorine, containers for reactants (9), dosing pumps (7) for feeding reactants into the reactor (1), a container with water (10) for washing the reactor, a temperature and pressure controller-meter (4), a temperature sensor (17), a chlorine dioxide sensor (18) and a water jet injector (15) for removing gas-liquid products from the reactor (1). The vacuum line of the injector (15) is connected to an air controller (5) through which air is fed into the reactor (1). The air controller (5) is connected to the control unit (2) for automatic control of the air flow rate. The pipe for carrying reaction products from the reactor (1) into the injector (15) is fitted with a cooling element (16). The apparatus is also provided with flow sensors (19) installed on pipes for feeding initial reactants before the dosing pumps (7), wherein the flow sensors (19) are connected to the control unit (2) for automatic flow control.

EFFECT: invention improves the efficiency of the apparatus for producing chlorine dioxide and chlorine by increasing the output of the end product, safety, reliability, convenience and simplification of operation.
