SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents antimicrobial composition for gastrointestinal application, which contains mixture of water-soluble extract of vegetable tissue, which contains tannin-including polyphenol and exogenous hydrogen peroxide; where extract produces sequester effect on hydrogen peroxide in mixture and composition eliminates bacteria at contact with bacteria. In the following version of realisation composition can also additionally contain inactivated endogenous enzymes.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain antimicrobial compositions, effectively working for treatment of gastrointestinal infections.
