FIELD: instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of energy of soft X-ray radiation in several spectral ranges comprises at least two radiation-sensitive elements, connected to a source of power supply, and also a facility to select a spectral range, at the same time radiation-sensitive elements are heat-sensitive elements, and the facility to select a spectral range is determined by selection of thickness and material of the heat sensitive element from the condition of radiation absorption in various spectral ranges, at the same time selected heat sensitive elements are installed as capable of closing the entire spectral range.
EFFECT: provision of the possibility to develop a device, which is characterised by simplified design and compactness.
