FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and can be used for registration of soft X-ray radiation (SRR) in laboratory and polygon experiments. Vacuum X-ray diode for recording soft X-ray radiation comprises a metal housing with a projection on the inner surface, coaxially mounted inside the housing to provide inter-electrode gap of the photocathodes and an anode grid, an insulator between the photocathode and the housing, a metal ring which provides contact between the housing and the anode grid, a central conductor connected to the photocathode, and a clamp fixed on the housing and fixing the structural elements. Central conductor is connected to photocathode by means of threaded connection, insulator is clamped between ledges made on photocathode and on central conductor, ring is divided into washer and bushing, between which anode grid is clamped, note here that washer is made from metal with hardness less than that of bushing metal. Besides, on outer surface of insulator there is a projection, in which the bushing rests, protrusion of insulator rests against ledge on inner surface of housing, on end surface of insulator on the side of photocathode there is a groove, clamp fixes structural elements by means of threaded joint clamped by counter-rotors.
EFFECT: high reliability of operation of a vacuum X-ray diode and technological effectiveness of servicing a vacuum X-ray diode in conditions of conducting blasting and laboratory experiments.
