FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: moisture meter relates to measurement equipment and may be used to monitor moisture of materials by measurement of complex dielectric permeability. Moisture meter comprises a frequency-tuned generator of harmonic signal, an electronic device of generator control, a measurement device, a primary converter, formed by external screen and signal conductors, a metering cell, connected between the generator outlet and primary converter inlet. Metering cell comprises a resistor, the first outlet of which is connected to the generator outlet, and the second outlet is connected to the inlet of the primary converter, the first detector connected to the first outlet of the resistor, the second detector connected to the second outlet of the resistor, outlets of detectors are connected to the measurement device.

EFFECT: increased accuracy, provision of measurement independence on material density under low moisture.
