SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of structural formula I
having JNK inhibiting activity. In formula I m, n, p equals 0; X is CH or N; R3 is: C1-6alkylsulphonyl-C1-6alkyl or tetrahydrothiophenyl-1,1-oxide-C1-6alkyl; R5 is a group of formula (a) or (b) where q equals 0 or 1; r equals 0 or 1; Y is: NR9 or CR10R11; each of R6 and R7 is independently: hydrogen, a carboxy group, carboxy-C1-6alkyl ether or C1-6alkyl, or R6 and R7 together form a C1-2alkylene group; R8, R9, R10 is: hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; and R11 is hydrogen, C1-6alkoxy group, NH2C(O)-, C1-6alkyl, hydroxy-C1-6alkyl, carboxy group, carboxy-C1-6alkyl, carboxy-C1-6alkyl ether or carboxy-C1-6alkyl-C1-6alkyl ether.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds having JNK inhibiting activity.
