FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves intra-articular injection of platelet rich auto plasma. Preparing it requires sampling venous blood added with 5% sodium citrate 10 ml, separating red blood cells by first centrifugation at 1800 rpm and concentrating platelets by second centrifugation at 3400 rpm, and sampling no more than 5 ml of the prepared plasma. Before introducing into the knee joint, the platelets are activated therein by adding 10% calcium chloride in an amount of no more than 0.1 ml. The venous blood is sampled before the introduction into the knee joint in an amount of no more than 50 ml; the first centrifugation is performed at 1800 rpm for 10 minutes and followed by the second centrifugation of an upper plasma layer at 3400 rpm. That is followed by sampling the precipitated plasma, which is introduced into the knee joint immediately after the sampling. Besides, one week after the above single intra-articular injection of the platelet rich plasma, the hyaluronic acid preparation RusVisk is introduced into the knee joint twice, every week.

EFFECT: pronounced and stable analgesic effect, improved function of the knee joint.
