SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for prevention of complications in patients after arthroscopic operations on knee joint. Venous blood is collected from the patient at least 2 hours before the start of the operation. with obtaining at least 3 ml of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) containing at least 500 thousand platelets with granules in 1 mcl. Then, the obtained PRP is exposed to in vitro low-pulse laser radiation (LPLR) with wavelength of 635-660 nm and power of 1-20 W for 10 minutes with activation of at least 20% of platelets with granules of their total number in PRP, with subsequent introduction of the obtained PRP intraarticularly and periarticularly. At least 2 ml of PRP is injected intra-articularly, at least 1 ml of PRP is injected periarticularly by injecting soft tissues adjacent to the joint.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of complications in patients after arthroscopic operations on knee joint, including hemarthrosis, oedema of paraarticular tissues, pain effect, by using preliminarily LPLR-activated autologous PRP containing at least 500 thousand platelets with granules in 1 mcl before irradiation of PRP in vitro and at least 20% of activated (100 thousand in 1 mcl) platelets with granules after in vitro irradiation in PRP in combination with the proposed scheme of its introduction.
