SUBSTANCE: mobile communication system comprises a first home node Node-B (HNB); a second HNB and a home gateway node (HNB-GW) that is connected to a backbone network, wherein the first HNB is configured to communicate with the user equipment (UE) prior to redeployment within the HNB-GW, where the UE moves from the first HNB to the second HNB; wherein the second HNB is configured to communicate with the user equipment (UE) after the redeployment and to direct the Iu-UP initialization containing the RFCI information to the HNB-GW during the redeployment, while the HNB-GW is configured to receive the Iu-UP initialization.
EFFECT: providing voice communication while maintaining the operating mode without a transcoder.
