Delivery device (8) displaces said anti-icing material from said bin (6) to said distribution device (7). Besides, said unit includes one or more rechargeable storage batteries (9) to charge said delivery device (8) and electromechanical converter (10) charging of rechargeable storage battery (9) with the help of input mechanical power.
EFFECT: operation at low temperatures, ruled out repair- and power supply-related expenditures.
