FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used by municipal and road services for the treatment of roads and sidewalks in the winter, namely the development of a quick-action material and environmentally safe, while simple in production. Means of instant action against ice slick is proposed, in the capacity of steelmaking slag from converter production with the size of fractions: 0.1–1.0 mm for the treatment of pedestrian areas; 1.0–5.0 mm for the treatment of highways. Large fractions after usage are collected and reused.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in expanding the raw material base for the production of agent for deicing.
