SUBSTANCE: embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a system for immediate allocation of resources, which includes: creating an immediate allocation message according to channel request messages of at least two terminals, where the immediate allocation message allocates a channel resource for the at least two terminals according to the channel request messages of the at least two terminals; and sending the immediate allocation message.

EFFECT: by implementing the embodiments of the present invention, in the case that a valid byte of an immediate allocation message is unchanged, one immediate allocation message can allocate a packet resource for at least two terminals, thereby satisfying an access requirement of more terminals.
