SUBSTANCE: invention implementation versions disclose the method, device and system for the immediate resource assignment. The method involves: creation of an immediate assignment message of at least two terminals, according to the channel requests. The message, in turn, assigns the channel resource to at least two terminals, as per the channel request. Finally, the method involves sending the assignment message.
EFFECT: due to implementation of the present invention versions, if the valid byte of the immediate assignment message remains unchanged, then one assignment message can assign a packet resource to at least two terminals, thus, satisfying the requirement of the greater terminal number.
