SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method of MTS terminal communication with low power consumption, which includes the following steps: sending, by means of MTS terminal, of a wireless channel request message to the base station through a random access channel; receiving, by means of MTS terminal, of an immediate assignment message, delivered by means of the wireless network; and sending, by means of MTS terminal, of a report message with MTS data upon the wireless network, herewith the report message with MTS data includes a unique identifier of the MTS terminal, authentication information and service data.

EFFECT: versions of the present invention additionally provides MTS terminal with low power consumption, as well as the communication method and system of wireless network with low power consumption, which may reduce power consumption of the wireless terminal during communication, due to which MTS terminal may support communication for a longer period of time.
