FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to procedure for input of autothermal reactors into operation in order to produce synthetic gas by reforming of carbonaceous feed gases in the reaction chamber. For the purpose of input into operation the autothermal reactor is preheated by inert fluid up to temperature of more than 600°C. Then ignition operation is initiated by introduction of gas of gas mixture with the respective low ignition temperature, which is below ignition temperature of carbonaceous feed gases. Content of the gas with low ignition temperature in the above gas/gas mixture is not less than 40 vol %. Further autothermal reforming is started by delivery of carbonaceous feed gas and water steam. Carbonaceous feed gas and water steam are delivered with content of water steam of 0-80 vol % in regard to carbonaceous feed gas. Oxidiser is delivered with oxygen content of 10-100 vol %. In result gaseous product is produced.
EFFECT: simpler alternative method is provided for input into operation in regard to start-up equipment and time, without additional time required for start-up and stop of the autothermal reactor.
