FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical treatment of high-accuracy parts from metals and alloys. Device comprises body of dielectric material with central hole for supply of electrolyte into interelectrode gap and seat for processed part - elastic element, having resonator, where there are two symmetrically installed cathodes-tools of current-conducting material, connected to negative potential of current source and having cylindrical part for installation into body and working part in the form of straight triangular prism with height equal to 0.9-1.2 of resonator height. Prism foundation contains curvilinear concave triangle with two equal rectilinear and one concave side arranged along arc of circumference with radius equal to resonator length and concavity facing inside body of each cathode-tool, besides end surface of prism is insulated with dielectric glue. Detachable cover of dielectric material with central hole for electrolyte discharge is installed on body, plate with flexible elements and pins of current-conducting material is fixed to it to provide for electric connection with positive potential of current source and processed part.

EFFECT: device provides for even removal of metal from all surface of resonator and high stability of output parametres of elastic element resonator.
