SUBSTANCE: tensioning device includes the following: a base; a rotating lever installed on the base, and rotating around the central axis relatively the base; an elastic element for the rotating lever displacement to rotate it relatively the base; a friction device located between the elastic element and base or rotating lever for shock-absorbing of the relative movement between the rotating lever and base. The elastic element applies along the radial direction the first pressure to the friction device, that the first friction force will be generated between the friction device and base or the rotating lever. The tensioning device contains a support block that applies along the radial direction the second pressure to the friction device, that the second friction force will be generated between the friction device and base or the rotating lever.
EFFECT: improved shock-absorbing.
