SUBSTANCE: tightening guide pulley has base (8) with rail supports (9) and (10) and stop (12), housing (4) whose bottom side is provided with supporting member (7) which is in sliding engagement with rail supports (9) and (10), pulley (2) mounted on housing (4), damping member (5) having damping side which is in sliding engagement with side (18) of housing (4), member (13) for engaging stop (12), and deflecting member (11) . One end (19) of deflecting member (11) is connected with damping member (5) and the other end (119) is connected with the housing.
EFFECT: widened range of pulley movements and damping.
