FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: tensioning device comprises a base (10) with a shaft (11), a rotary lever (20), a pulley (50), coupled with the rotary lever, an arched damping element (40), which is frictionally engaged with the inner surface of the rotary lever, a torsion spring (30). The first end of the spring is engaged with the rotary lever or with the base, and the second end rests onto the damping element. As the torsion spring is loaded in direction of unwinding, the damping element is compressed between the second end of the torsion spring and the base or between the second end of the spring and the rotary lever.
EFFECT: invention provides for transfer of normal force to a rotary lever or to a base with a damping element.
