FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes raw material convective drying (1) at temperature 160-200°C by diluted flue gas, dosing (2) of organic raw material (3) into drum-type pyrolysis reactor (4) with its following thermal decomposition at temperature 450-520°C and pressure 500-1000 Pa with formation of steam-gas mixture. Steam-gas mixture is subjected to condensation, which is realised in spray (8), and then packed columns (9) with cooled by pyrolysis liquid, after which liquid product and non-condensed pyrolysis gas are obtained. Liquid product is gasified at temperature 1000-1200°C and pressure 100-300 kPa in presence of oxygen in quantity 25-40 wt % with obtaining generator gas, which is cooled and directed with non-condensed pyrolysis gas into electric power generator.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase method efficiency.
