FIELD: treatment of water, industrial and domestic wastewater.
SUBSTANCE: method for thermal treatment of sewage sludge. Invention relates to a method for thermal treatment of sewage sludge, which includes mechanical dehydration of sewage sludge, drying sewage sludge, tight supply of dried sewage sludge to pyrolysis reactor, discharge of formed solid products, purification of steam-gas mixture from particles of solid product and unreacted sludge sediments of sewage water, supply of flue gases from furnace to provide with thermal energy of processes of pyrolysis and drying sludge sediments of sewage water. Method can be used in the process of treating wastewater from municipal services and industrial enterprises.
EFFECT: method enables efficient treatment of sewage sludge with minimization of energy costs and harmful gaseous emissions.
