FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to X-rays generators. A motor drive supported manual movement assembly comprises a first structural component, a second structural component, a control element of second structural component motion in relation to the first one and a propulsion device comprising a propulsion component; the first and second structural components are configured movable in relation to each other, whereas the propulsion device is mounted on the first structural component. The second structural component is configured to receive manual indication of a desired movement thereof in relation to the first structural component; the manual indication is a force applied by an operator to the second structural component with the result that a turning moment is generated on the propulsion component. The propulsion component is configured to generate current in accordance with the above turning moment, which is determined by a movement control element. According to the first version, an X-ray system comprises an X-rays generator, an X-ray detector and a motor drive supported movement assembly; the X-rays generator and X-ray detector are mounted on the second structural component and operatively connected, whereas the motor drive supported movement assembly moves the X-rays generator and/or X-ray detector round an object. In the second version, the X-ray system is equipped with the motor drive supported movement assembly configured to move a patient's support system, patient's support or a top surface of a patient's support table.

EFFECT: using the invention enables providing more accurate positioning with reduced force requirements to the controlled movement of components.
