SUBSTANCE: system comprises a data input unit, which integrates a laser light source and a recognition detector of speckle images formed in laser light diffusion from an object of interest, a memory unit for storage of measurement results, calibration parameters, as well as one or more preset models correlating the speckle images processing results and the parameters of the object of interest, a processing unit configured to stabilise the recorded speckle images by real-time control, speckle image processing and time function determination, and formation of a data array describing one or more parameters of interest. The method involves the stages at which the object of interest is exposed to laser light, and the speckle images are recorded as video data; the speckle images are processed with the processing procedure involving the stages of stabilising the recorded speckle images, processing the stabilised speckle images, determining the time function and forming the data array describing one or more parameters of interest.
