FIELD: physics, optics.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the electrooptical industry. In a polarisation marker, beams are polarised by a special-purpose cylindrical polariser, pass through a system of lenses and reflectors and are output into space, wherein the direction of polarisation vectors has an axial symmetry about the imaginary axis of the polarisation marker. A receiving device situated in the working plane determines the direction and spatial position of the polarisation marker relative to a receiver, which are interpreted into control commands by a microprocessor. The receiving device consists of polarimeters spaced apart by a predetermined distance. The polarimeters determine the direction of polarisation vectors of incident beams on the side of the polarisation marker. Based on data received from each polarimeter, the microprocessor calculates the direction and position angles of the polarisation marker.

EFFECT: high reliability of the device.
