SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generating a decorrelated signal. The device comprises a transient process signal dividing unit, a transient process decorrelator, a second decorrelator, a combiner and a mixer, wherein the transient process signal dividing unit is adapted to divide the input signal into a first signal component and a second signal component, such that the first signal component contains a signal part of the transient process of the input signal, and such that the second signal component contains a signal part without the transient process of the input signal. The combiner and the mixer are assembled such that a decorrelated signal from the combiner is output into the mixer as an input signal.
EFFECT: high efficiency of generating a decorrelated signal.
