SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of a successive circuit of at least two controlled keys, and a power source, and has a unit of pairwise voltages comparison on the controlled keys. It has also a bipolar transistor connected in series in the circuit of the said keys, wherein the controlled keys are made as field transistors. In the circuit of the bipolar transistor base a high voltage diode is connected matched.

EFFECT: increased authenticity of keys control, possibility of the use of single keys.
