FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: gas cooling device of exhaust gases recirculation (EGR) for the hybrid vehicle is presented in EGR system to return part of the engine exhaust gas (31) to input channel and is made with possibility to cool EGR gas in the hybrid vehicle. The hybrid vehicle includes engine (31) and motor (11) as vehicle propulsion sources. The gas cooling device contains EGR cooler (14), change-over switch, device determining coolant temperature, and switching control device. EGR cooler (14) is intended to cool EGR gas of engine using the coolant. The change-over switch is made with possibility to switch cooling modes of EGR gas only by coolant flowing in engine cooling loop (3) for engine cooling (31), and mode for EGR gas cooling only by means of coolant flowing in strong cooling loop (1) of electric system of motor cooling (11). Device determining coolant temperature is intended to determine temperature of the coolant flowing in the engine cooling loop (3). Change-over switch is intended to control switching by means of the change-over switch in accordance with temperature of the coolant flowing in the engine cooling loop (3). Method of EGR gas cooling is described.
EFFECT: prevention of water condensation in EGR cooler.
