SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hybrid vehicles. Hybrid vehicle comprises intake air temperature system during engine stop and controller selecting engine as power device, when requested load is above threshold load, and selecting electric motor, when requested load is equal to or below threshold. Controller sets the threshold load in accordance with the accumulator SOC and reduces the threshold load when SOC is lower. Suction air temperature is adjusted during engine shutdown and target air temperature is set in accordance with SOC and target air temperature is increased when SOC is lower in preset range.

EFFECT: improved combustion stability in engine.
