FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: refiner is made with a crushing disk (9) and housing (2). In the refiner housing (2) there is tangential output (3) of fibre, and device to control pressure and fibre output. Inside the housing (2) a flap valve (11) is installed, so it separates mixture of steam and fibre such that only steam is unloaded, that is most intensively mixed with the fibre. Major part of the steam free of fibre stays in the refiner.
EFFECT: reduced fresh steam consumption and power saving irrespective of quantity of fibres leaving it.
