FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: described method involves incubating whole heparinised blood with the liquid brucellar allergen Brucellin and anti-CD63+ basophil degranulation marker monoclonal antibodies. Thereafter, a flow cytometry procedure is applied to count the activated basophils, which is supposed to fall within the range from 5.1% to 19% in individuals given with brucellosis vaccine, and from 19.1% or more - in those who suffer Brucellosis.
EFFECT: invention is applicable in the differential diagnosis of postvaccinal and infectious processes accompanying brucellosis.
