FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining chloroprene caoutchouc-based rubber mixture includes caoutchouc steaming at temperature 100°C for 1 hour, introduction of zinc oxide and magnesium oxide. Before mixing with mixture components caoutchouc is subjected to microwave exposure for 20 seconds with microwave frequency 2.45 GHz. Stearic acid and technical carbon are additionally introduced into mixture with component ratio, wt p: chloroprene caoutchouc- 100, zinc oxide - 5, magnesium oxide - 7, stearic acid - 0.5, technical carbon - 0.5.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to improve deformation-strength properties of rubber mixture vulcanisate.
